Thornleigh Golf Centre – Terms

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website [thornleighgolfcentre.com.au] and any purchases or bookings made through it. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Use of the Website

  • You must use this website lawfully and not for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose.
  • Content on this site is provided for general information and may change without notice.
  • Intellectual property, including logos, images, and text, remains the property of Thornleigh Golf Centre and may not be reproduced without permission.

3. Products, Services, and Pricing

  • All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.
  • We reserve the right to change prices, products, or services at any time.
  • Availability of products and services is subject to change without notice.

4. Orders and Payments

  • Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed.
  • Payments are handled securely via third‑party providers; we do not store full credit card details.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Products Purchased Online
    • Refunds for physical products purchased through our website are only available when requested in person at Thornleigh Golf Centre.
    • Refunds will be assessed in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund if goods are faulty, not fit for purpose, or do not match their description.
    • Change‑of‑mind refunds may not be available.
  • Lesson Bookings
  • Individual or small group bookings (up to 6 people):
    • Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice.
    • If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, the full lesson fee will be charged.
  • Group bookings (more than 6 people):
  • Cancellations require at least 72 hours’ notice.
  • If less than 72 hours’ notice is given, the full booking fee will be charged.

6. Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thornleigh Golf Centre is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our website, products, or services.
  • Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Links to Other Websites

Our website may contain links to third‑party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these external sites.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NSW.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.

 

Gift Card Terms and Conditions

Purchase and delivery Gift cards are available online only. After purchase you will receive an e‑gift voucher by email containing a unique redemption code. Physical vouchers are not issued online, please visit the Centre.

  • By purchasing, receiving or attempting to redeem a Thornleigh Golf Centre gift card you accept and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
  • Once activated, gift cards may be redeemed for goods and services at Thornleigh Golf Centre, Brickpit Park, 142–178 Pennant Hills Road (cnr Dartford Road), Thornleigh NSW 2121. Gift cards cannot be redeemed at other locations or third‑party retailers unless explicitly stated.
  • Present the e‑gift voucher code at the Pro Shop counter or enter the code when purchasing online. The redemption code must be provided at the time of purchase.
  • Gift cards are fully transferable and may be used in conjunction with other discounts or promotional offers unless otherwise stated.
  • Gift cards purchased on or after 1 April 2018 expire three years from the date of purchase. Gift cards purchased before 1 April 2018 expire 12 months from the date of purchase. Any remaining balance after expiry cannot be redeemed or refunded.
  • Additional credit cannot be added to a gift card after the original value has expired or been fully redeemed. We do not re‑issue expired cards.
  • Thornleigh Golf Centre is not liable for lost, stolen or unauthorised use of gift cards. Lost or stolen e‑gift vouchers cannot be replaced or refunded. If you suspect fraud or unauthorised use, contact us immediately so we can investigate.
  • Card balances can be checked at the Pro Shop counter or by contacting the centre. Please have your voucher code available.
  • If the gift card balance is insufficient to complete a purchase, the remaining amount may be paid by cash, EFTPOS or credit card.
  • Gift cards are non‑refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by law.
  • Thornleigh Golf Centre accepts no liability for unauthorised or fraudulent use of gift cards. Our liability for any claim relating to gift cards is limited to the remaining monetary value on the card.
